Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is very simple and direct.

  • We do not collect data on anyone who visits this website.
  • If you give us your email, address, phone number and/or name, the only use we make of it is to reply back to you to answer your questions, requests for info, etc.
  • We do not provide data about anyone who visits our website to anybody.
  • We do not provide aggregate personal data about visitors to our website to anyone.
  • We do not sell, share, or trade client information. Your privacy is very important to us. 
  • Any suggestions, recommendations, information, etc. that you offer as improvements to our website we gratefully accept and are free to do with as we choose.

Return Policy

Domestic: Books may be returned by individuals within 14 days from date of purchase if we receive the item back in salable as new condition.  Refunds will be processed upon receipt of product and do not include shipping/handling costs.  Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the buyer.  All returns must be issued a return authorization number.  Please take care in packing items authorized for return.

 

To return a book:

1)       Please have the packing list from your order available and call customer service at 888-257-0696 (between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) and ask for a "Return Number." This number will help us keep track of your original order and your returned merchandise. Please provide your original invoice number.

2)       Wrap and box item securely to avoid damage in transit, and mark the outside of the package with "RETURN" and your Return Number. 

3)       Please note that we cannot provide refunds on items that are received in a damaged condition as they are not resalable.  If you ship your return by UPS it is insured automatically for up to $100. If you ship through the Post Office, please insure the package.

4)       Return the package to: Frances Alberti, Open Pages Publishing, 3130 Walnut Bend Lane, #317, Houston, Texas 77042. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to process your returns. 

 

If you want to order additional materials, we advise that you order separately so that the return processing does not delay your order. 

 

International Orders - Responsibility for Customs Charges

Clients are responsible for customs charges. In cases of orders not picked up from Customs or the Post Office, there is no refund allowable.
